Pyrotechnic
Aluminium Powder is manufactured
using the air atomised aluminium powder.
Air atomised aluminium powder or foil
is propelled into a charging bin along
with grease and castor oil. Then milling
process is done in Ball Mill and after
a pre-determined time, the powder
is pneumatically driven into a cyclone.
Heavier particles are separated and
returned to the Ball Mill for further
milling. Pyrotechnic aluminium powder
is used in the manufacture of defence,
heavy crackers, garland crackers,
wheels, volcanoes and pesticides.
